Funding Recognition
Congratulations on receiving a grant through the Watershed Security Fund. This is an exciting time for freshwater work, and we’re looking forward to working with you and hearing about your team’s progress in the months ahead. These guidelines will help you recognize funding received through the Watershed Security Fund.

Reporting Forms & Tools
We hope to share insights and impacts from WSF funded projects with a wider audience including watershed communities, other funders and partners to encourage shared learning and further investments into watershed security work. Information from the interim and final reports we receive will be summarized together to highlight important learnings, insights and impacts. Stories may be shared to our website and social media with your permission. We will not identify individuals or communities without their consent.
All interim and final project reporting should be submitted through REFBC’s online reporting forms. The project contact(s) we have on file for the grant will be emailed a custom, secure direct link to your online reporting form 30 days in advance of the due date. If you need to update your project contacts or wish to access your custom report link more than 30 days in advance of your due date, email grants@watershedsecurityfund.ca with your grant number in the subject line.
Many people like to draft their answers in a Word document or Excel sheet so that they can collaborate with other team members and then copy and paste into the online reporting form. We’ve provided Word and Excel versions of the forms and questions we use.
Note that the final report form is intended for completion after the project, as described in the approved application, is fully complete. If a report due date is approaching but the project is not fully complete, please contact us to discuss whether an extension is needed.
